 Just got the email that AT&T store locations can begin ordering the Blackberry BOLD on September 24th! Hallelujah to the Blackberry Gods!
According to the e-mail, we here at stores can begin ordering the device on Sept. 24th. Thus allowing 2-3 day for shipping and the phone should be available Friday Sept. 26th or Monday Sept. 28th all goes well.
This would fall in line with the rumored October 2nd launch date.

The free application allows blackberry users to import up-to-date sports odds from a multitude of sports from around the world. Odds for side wagers, totals, futures, and even propositional wagers are available.

Cable & Wireless Caribbean and Research In Motion (RIM) on Thursday announced that the feature-rich BlackBerry Bold smartphone will be available in C&W’s markets across the region from Friday September 5, before it becomes available in the USA.

As of today Vodafone customers are able to purchase the new BlackBerry Bold smartphone on various price plans. The operator is offering the powerful device for free on the Anytime 600 data plan for £35 a month on a 24-month contract. Customers will not only receive the device, but will also be entitled to 600 minutes talktime, unlimited texts and data/Internet access with a 500 MBs per month fair usage policy. In addition business customers can get hold of a BlackBerry Bold by signing up to a Vodafone Total Business price plan, which allows users to share minutes, texts and email bundles.

Via Press Release: Digicel and Research In Motion announced yesterday the addition of the BlackBerry Bold to its range of handsets.
In short, customers will benefit from a super-fast phone with all the whistles and bells needed to work, play and communicate wherever they are.
Of note, I also received a text message from Cable & Wireless (another Caribbean Carrier) today entitled "Win a New Blackberry Bold" no doubt both carriers will be competing to carry this device first. Via Boygeniusreport: "Reports are literally flooding in that iPhones across the Northeast are experiencing some major network issues. Reports are also coming from areas further south down the Atlantic coast. So what’s the deal? Well in a nutshell, data is kaput. Users are reporting that 2G and 3G data are both affected which means unless you’re in range of a WiFi hotspot you’re basically toast. Oddly, no other handsets seem to be affected by this outage which poses the question: Huh?"
